In order to receive an official confirmation, we contacted the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) if Turkey will return to Eurovision in 2020.
The EBU replied:
"After verification with the colleagues in charge, I confirm you that no candidacy from Turkey has been submitted for the ESC 2020. Sorry about that."
Turkey is not participating at the competition since 2013.
